· In which countries can I buy online?

- Currently you can make your purchase from Spain and Europe. But if you are from another country, you can contact us through shoponline@celopman.com we will manage your shipment.

· How can I make sure I have made my purchase well?

- Once your order is placed, you will receive a confirmation email (sometimes this email enters the spam folder). If you do not receive it, you can contact our Customer Service Department to inquire about the status of your order: shoponline@celopman.com

· How can I make a return?

- To request a return and/or exchange, please send an e-mail with the item reference, ticket number and order number to shoponline@celopman.com. Our Customer Service Department will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the collection of the garments and process the refund or, where applicable, the change of item. If you prefer, you can make the exchange or return at your nearest store for free.

MANAGE THE CHANGE/RETURN FROM THE CUSTOMER ACCOUNT

You can also manage it yourself from the MY Customer Account:

1. Access the HISTORY AND DETAILS OF MY ORDERS

2. Click Data.

3. Point to the product you want to exchange or return.

4. Tell us in the BOX if it is a change or a return and the preferred time at which you prefer the pick-up (MORNING OR LATE).

Now you just have to wait for us to process the collection of the garment! We will send you an email with confirmation. Once it arrives and we verify that it is correct we will process the exchange or return. In case of returns, the refund will be made within 3 to 15 days from the time the return product arrives.

· How long does it take for my order to arrive?

– Home delivery:

Spain (Peninsula): 48 to 72 working hours

Balearic Islands: 2 to 3 working days.

Canary Islands: 2 to 3 working days.

Ceuta and Melilla: 2 to 3 working days.

Portugal (Peninsula): 2 to 3 working days

Europe: 6-9 working days

– In-store pickup/Click&Collect: 2 to 3 working days.

· How do I know the status of my order?

– Home delivery: Once you place the order, you will receive confirmation email. When the order is prepared, you will receive an email with the tracking/tracking link of your order by the ASM/GLS agency.
