CHANGES AND RETURNS.
To exchange or return your items you have a maximum period of 30 calendar days after receipt of the order. FOR ANY CHANGE OR RETURN IT IS ESSENTIAL THAT THE ITEM HAS THE LABELS, AND PROVIDED THAT THE GARMENT HAS NOT BEEN USED. UNDERWEAR, ACCESSORIES AND ACCESSORIES HAVE NO RETURN. The first exchange and / or return of orders "SHIPPING TO DOMICILIO" (Those in which the customer pays shipping costs) the collection and processing of the change and / or return will be free of charge. For second changes and/or returns of the same order "SHIPPING TO DOMICILIO", the shipping costs will be borne by the customer. Second changes and/or returns are also understood TO BE THE CUSTOMER (recipient) in the pickup request at the first change and/or return. In the case of orders "COLLECTED IN STORE/CLICK&COLLECT" or "FREE SHIPPING >50o (Those in which the customer does not pay shipping costs) any change and / or return will only be free in any Celopman store. If you wish to process it at the customer's home, the collection costs will be borne by the customer. All changes and/or returns can be made at any Celopman store free of charge. In case of returns, the refund will be made within 3 to 15 days from the time the return product arrives. THE COSTS OF RETURNS AND / OR CHANGES MADE FOR SHIPMENTS TO THE BALEARIC ISLANDS, CANARY ISLANDS, CEUTA AND MELILLA AND EUROPA WILL BE BORNE BY THE CUSTOMER.
To request a return and/or exchange, please send an e-mail with the item reference, ticket number and order number to email@example.com. Our Customer Service Department will contact you as soon as possible to coordinate the collection of the garments and process the refund or, where applicable, the change of item.

3. Point to the product you want to exchange or return.
4. Tell us in the BOX if it is a change or a return and the preferred time at which you prefer the pick-up (MORNING OR LATE).
Now you just have to wait for us to process the collection of the garment! We will send you an email with confirmation. Once it arrives and we verify that it is correct we will process the exchange or return. In case of returns, the refund will be made within 3 to 15 days from the time the return product arrives.
The price of the shipping costs will be detailed in the summary of your purchase, before proceeding with the payment. Orders ordered for in-store pickup will not incur shipping costs. The shipping times indicated may be longer at the time of rebates or promotions.

FOR ORDERS PLACED AFTER BOOKING OF PRODUCTS EXHAUSTED DUE TO LACK OF STOCK THE PREPARATION AND DELIVERY TIMES MAY BE AFFECTED, WITH A DELAY OF 2-5 DAYS LONGER THAN INDICATED.
CONDITIONS GIFT CARDS (Giftcard)
1. The gift card (the Giftcard) is the property of its issuer (hereinafter, CELOPMAN), its bearer being a mere depositary thereof.2. The Giftcard is available in the following formats: Physical Giftcard for sale at the physical points of sale CELOPMAN located in Spanish territory (CELOPMAN stores) and physical Giftcard for sale on the website CELOPMAN.COM for Spain.
3. The Giftcard allows you to buy any item for sale only in CELOPMAN physical stores
4. The Giftcard can be paid through any of the payment methods accepted in the CELOPMAN stores or in CELOPMAN.COM, depending on the place of purchase of the Giftcard. Under no circumstances can it be paid with another Giftcard.
5. The Giftcard balance may not be refunded or redeemed for money. The Giftcard does not accept exchanges or returns. However, products purchased with the Giftcard in CELOPMAN stores are subject to the same exchange and return policy as all other products purchased in such stores and may only be returned at any PHYSICAL CELOPMAN store.
6. Where applicable, the refund of the amount of the products purchased with the Giftcard that are returned will be made as follows: – By increasing the balance available on the Giftcard, provided that said Giftcard exists at the time of return.
The form of reimbursement set out in this paragraph is an essential condition, and is therefore considered expressly accepted with the acquisition and/or use of the Giftcard.
7. The Giftcard will be activated before it is shipped and can be used as many times as desired until the total amount for which it has been issued is exhausted.
8. The balance available on the Giftcard at any given time is the difference between the balance available at the time immediately prior to making a purchase and the corresponding amount used for payment of such purchase. If the purchase exceeds the balance available on the Giftcard, the difference may be paid through any form of payment accepted at CELOPMAN stores.
9. Unless otherwise tested, the balance available on the Giftcard at any time will determine the box used in CELOPMAN stores.
10. The Giftcard is a document to the bearer. Responsibility for the use and custody of the Giftcard rests solely with its holder. The Giftcard will not be replaced in case of theft, loss, loss or deterioration, although CELOPMAN reserves the right to replace the Giftcard in case of change of format of the same.
11. The Giftcard obtained unlawfully shall be void, may not be used for the purchase of goods and its amount shall not be refunded.
12. The Giftcard may not be used for advertising purposes or the promotion of products or services marketed by third parties outside the issuer of this Giftcard, unless prior written permission from the Giftcard.
13. The acquisition and/or use of the Giftcard implies full acceptance of these general conditions, which have been reported at the time of the purchase of the Giftcard and are available at CELOPMAN.COMTICKET REGALO WHAT IS THE GIFT TICKET? It is a purchase ticket that omits the amount and is included in an order that you send as a gift to another person. It is valid for exchanges and returns. You can select it in the shopping cart the option "I WANT GIFT TICKET". CHANGES AND RETURNS WITH GIFT TICKET IN THE STORE: The easiest way to make a change or return of a gift ticket item is to go to one of our CELOPMAN stores. To locate your nearest store, visit our store locator. In case of return, the only way to do this is in the physical store. When you deliver the items you wish to return and the Gift Ticket in store, we will refund the amount on a Gift Card that you will receive on the spot along with the proof of return. You can use this Gift Card to pay at any of our CELOPMAN physical stores, with no expiration date.
ON THE WEBSITE through the website NO REFUNDS OF THE GIFT TICKET ARE ALLOWED, you can only make CHANGES of the items of the gift ticket, following these steps:
1. Locate the gift ticket and send an email to firstname.lastname@example.org with the ticket number and references of the garments you want to change
2. We will ask you for a collection of the garments to make the change. The CONDITIONS of CHANGES are subject to the same of any purchase made online shipping and changes.
